Innovate.LOYNO speaker series

 

The Center for Entrepreneurship and Community Development is proud to bring experienced, innovative, and engaging entrepreneurs to Loyola's campus on a regular basis through the Innovate.LOYNO speaker series. Most events take place in the 114 Miller Hall, the auditorium space in the College of Business, and feature a wide variety of speakers and community members who are making cool happen in New Orleans, the Gulf South, and beyond. Past speakers have included the founders of Glass Half Full, Urban South Brewery, Lionheart Prints, Lucy Boone Ice Cream, Fleurty Girl, and even engineers from NASA.

Speakers not only share their personal highs and lows of founding a company but also focus on the importance of creating repeatable and scalable businesses that are built thrive in the future. Innovate.LOYNO provides an opportunity to expose students from across campus to new ideas and trends in entrepreneurship, as well as create a networking opportunity for a variety of businesses, from tech to health to hospitality. Events are free and open to the public.
