Dreamers, Doers, Drivers...
Scientists, Artists, Philosophers, Historians, Community Leaders, and Lawyers: Welcome Home.
The Center for Entrepreneurship and Community Development is where anyone in the Loyola University New Orleans community can come together to innovate and launch a better world.
Find Your Krewe.
The Center is Loyola's hub for entrepreneurial activity across campus and a vital link to the New Orleans entrepreneurial community. At the Center, you can develop your skills to turn your idea into a profitable venture, network with the next great startup founders, and experience why New Orleans is ranked one of the best cities in the country for young entrepreneurs.
Realize Your Dreams - Pick Your Degree.
Experiential learning is at the heart of the Jesuit education you'll receive at Loyola - and the field of entrepreneurship is all about diving in. Featuring hands-on classes and experiences, undergraduate students can find a major, minor, and certificate program in entrepreneurship.
MBA students can specialize in entrepreneurship, too, and have the opportunity to compete in the IDEAcorps Consulting Challenge, presented by Dr. Bobby and Lori Kent Savoie, or work with FedTech in the Lean Startup LaunchPad course the country's top inventors to commercialize state of the art technology.
Change the World.
Through internships, business competitions, specialized training, and one-on-one mentorship, students involved in the Center will be able to identify problems quickly and produce sustainable solutions through critical thinking, creativity, and adaptability.
